PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk and its subsidiaries are seeking high-potential candidates to join the team as Mining Operations Specialist, with the following qualifications and responsibilities:  

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in geological engineering, mining, or a related discipline from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.50. 
2. At least 2 years of proven experience in managing mining operations.  
3. Willing to be placed in one of our site in Kalteng, Tumbang Kajuei.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
5. Strong understanding of mine planning principles.  
6. Exceptional spatial imagination (3D visualization) to ensure realistic planning.  
7. Ability to analyze specific incidents accurately and apply sound analytical skills.  
8. Holds a POP Certificate from Pusdiklat ESDM Bandung.  
9. Proficient in Minescape software(Versions 5 and 7) for Strat Model & Open Cut.  
10. Skilled in drone operation and aerial photography.  
11. Spry software certification is an advantage.  

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Ensure safety and health standards are maintained within the work environment.  
2. Actively participate in maintaining environmental quality standards and sustainability.  
3. Promote ergonomic practices within the workplace.  
4. Accountable for achieving production targets.  
5. Monitor and evaluate production targets based on equipment capabilities and mining sequences approved by the client.  
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as maps of mining progress.  
7. Collaborate with field operational teams to identify and resolve issues.  
8. Ensure production schedules run as planned.  
9. Monitor, plan, and report on production progress aligned with agreed production plans with contractors.  
10. Evaluate production achievement data and mining movement directions.
