Job Responsibilities :

• Identify potential partners based on product goals and market needs for growth in Indonesia across TikTok and other products.
• Align with Business Operations on strategy around pathways to partnership aligned to product needs.
• Initiate, negotiate and execute agreements for Indonesia partnerships.
• Oversee partnership implementation in collaboration with Technical, Operational, Marketing and Growth, and other BD teams both locally and globally.
• Engage in ongoing management and optimization around signed strategic partnerships.
• Build strong internal, cross-functional relationships.

Job Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience ideally at a leading tech, digital, media, consulting, or telecom firm.
• Experience with both business development, strategy, and execution in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong contacts and experience executing partnerships in the mobile and/or telco space within Indonesia.
• Strong documentation, research, presentation, and logical and structural thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to recognize the needs and concerns of internal stakeholders and navigate through them, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage projects end-to-end and identify critical milestones and resources to mobilize the internal team to deliver effectively.
• Technical appetite and aptitude sensitivity – be able to translate business case or partner needs to technical requirements and work with cross-functional teams to realize the idea.
• Language: Business proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in Bahasa and English to work with international stakeholders.
