The User Operations team at TikTok Indonesia is the think-tank department that ensure the quality of content in our platform. The team is nurturing our ever-growing short video and livestream community by innovating partnerships, innovating trends, while leaning in local.

We are currently looking to hire a creative, high-spirit, highly motivated person who has a growth mindset and is willing to embrace others in the team to achieve more milestones and grow together. In this role as Content Programming Specialist, you will be responsible for mining, developing and implementing strategies to build more showcases of effect and live streaming, alongside with expanding more partnership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing, maintaining and deepening relationships with existing creators
• Responsible for the performance of the creators
• Monitoring market trends (in and out app) and competitor activities in order to identify potential trends to be able to implement them and develop the plan
• Effect optimization to keep up the virality
• Content planning for live streaming campaign
• Managing some internal resources

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Has knowledge and understanding of short video and live streaming, especially effect operations
• Be creative, responsible, result-driven, efficient, and can work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, problem solving and ability to maintain communication with external
• Ability for planning online & offline campaigns, can work as a team and good at brainstorming.
