Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding the local sellers’ commercial and marketing objectives, pain points, and opportunities
• Working closely with commercial seller engagement and operations team to support the local sellers in adopting and maximizing the Lazada Sponsored Solutions’ potential in achieving their business objectives.
• Monitoring the marketing & communication performance and providing actionable insights through communication content strategy for local sellers to utilize their marketing spend to achieve their business objectives effectively.
• Creating and owning the local Lazada Sponsored Solutions communication & education/training roadmap for our variety of sellers. Partner with the regional communications team on any regional-wide communications and training.
• Driving the local seller community engagement with clear communications strategy and cadence, including new product launches, product enhancement updates, good case sharing, etc.
• Communicate clear direction (including strategy and goals), and lead and develop team members to succeed in their roles and beyond.

Job Requirements :

• 5+ years of working experience in marketing and communications strategy or seller engagement. Prior experience in eCommerce and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Passionate about people or prior experience building, leading, and managing teams with a clear vision, goals, performance management, and continuous mentoring and coaching.
• Passionate in problem-solving and tenacious in supporting local sellers to achieve their business objectives. Ability to empathize with the sellers’ needs, connect the dots with our Lazada Sponsored Solutions offering, and manage sellers’ complaints with compassion and professionalism.
• Adept with numbers and able to spot actionable insights through data and analytics. Ability to run basic analytics using Microsoft Excel and story-lining business proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint. Proficiency with data queries such as SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), community building, and management skills. Bi-lingual (local language) proficiency is a plus.
• Self-driven with excellent project management and coordination skills. Able to take ownership without close supervision and drive results in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• An avid learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and constantly evolving products and solutions to address customer needs.
