As a Content Creator for Instagram, TikTok, etc., you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience. This role requires someone who lives and breathes social media, is always on top of the latest trends, and can create eye-catching, scroll-stopping content. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce creative content that showcases our footwear products, engages our customers, and builds brand loyalty across our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit innovative short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, etc., highlighting new product launches, behind-the-scenes footage, and lifestyle shots.
2. Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and viral content to ensure our brand stays relevant and top-of-mind for our target audience.
3. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing & creative team to align content with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
4. Analytics: Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.
5. Content Planning: Maintain a consistent posting schedule by managing a content calendar and ensuring all content is delivered on time.
6. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and sales to showcase the latest collections in a creative and engaging way.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a content creator with a portfolio of work on Instagram and TikTok (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail is a plus).
2. Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok’s algorithms, features, and best practices.
3. Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in apps like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell stories visually through engaging, relatable content.
5. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. A passion for footwear, fashion, and staying on the cutting edge of social media trends.
