Responsibilities:

• Manage after-sales service product sales and promotions for air compressors in assigned areas to meet sales targets, increase market share, and ensure company profits.
• Follow sales process management requirements, including tracking visits based on machine counts, opportunity follow-ups, quotations, signing orders, and managing receivables.
• Develop business with long-term inactive clients, new machinery after-sales, maintenance contract renewals, after-sales energy-saving services, and competitor equipment after-service.
• Analyze current and potential customer needs, communicate closely with internal teams like the sales and after-sales service departments to provide comprehensive, one-stop air compressor after-sales service solutions.
• Provide timely and effective market information in collaboration with the marketing team to help develop products and business models that better fit the market.
• Manage receivables and collections for clients.
• Actively learn and apply company product knowledge and sales tools.
• Adhere strictly to the company’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Equipment and Control, or Energy and Power Applications preferred; 
• Minimum of five years of experience in industrial sales, with preference given to those familiar with air compressors, air treatment equipment, fans, and vacuum or related sales experience.
• Must have a driver’s license and be capable of enduring hardships and adapting to travel.
• Possess strong communication skills, market awareness, and team spirit.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, result-orientation, and compliance.
• Strong English language proficiency and skilled use of Microsoft Office software.
