Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the effective operation of Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, and Warehouse departments.
• Align departmental goals with the company’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
• Ensure smooth integration and coordination across all departments, optimizing workflows and processes.
• Oversee procurement planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to maintain financial health.
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
• Review and approve financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost controls across all operations.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads, fostering leadership development.
• Build a collaborative and high-performance culture across all teams.
• Drive innovation and process improvement within each department to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields 
• Minimum of 8–10 years of leadership experience overseeing multiple operational functions, including Finance, HR, and Supply Chain (Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse).
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills, with the ability to oversee diverse teams and departments.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, procurement, inventory management, HR practices, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external relationships.
