About the role

As a Quality team, your dedication to excellence in quality and compliance becomes the backbone of Reckitt’s Hygiene Division. Here, you’ll be influencing global outcomes through meticulous attention to our products and processes. Your expertise will not only maintain the highest standards within our supply and distribution chains but also empower our mission to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

Your responsibilities

• Carrying out critical day to day activities to ensure critical quality test and checks are performed as required
• Provide supports to Site Quality Manager in specific projects and activities when required
• Perform basic quality monitoring activities as required
• Maintain strong quality systems, observing and auditing for consistent compliance.
• Establish quality objectives within the hub and provide pivotal feedback.
• Serve as a key figure for quality-related information regarding processes and product integrity.
• Champion an RFT – ‘right first time’ approach, aiding the seamless introduction of new processes within the region.
• Strengthen the synergy in the teams for consistently high-quality product delivery.

The experience we’re looking for

• A proven track record in quality compliance within the hygienic or healthcare industry.
• Adept with quality management systems and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as Good Distribution Practise (GDP).
• Exceptional communication and influencing talents, particularly in situations where you may not have direct authority.
• Familiar with digital transformation in Quality and manufacturing to maintaining cutting-edge quality standards.
