Key Job Responsibilities:

 

Managing Local Toll Blender Indonesia         

• Establish, develop, and maintain an effective communication and integration of information within the company, e.g., Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and 3rd party local blending partner
• Provide rolling forecasting, reporting and documentation to toll blender. 
• Work with the demand planner to determine monthly sales forecasts for local toll blender as guidance for Material requirement planning. 
• Assists supply chain in reviewing replenishment plan from local toll blender and help resolve problems as they arise.
• Design systems to meet requirements, ensure forecast accuracy, and monitor promotional and seasonal planning for local toll blender. 
• Maintain products master data in SAP for local toll blender. 
•  Schedule and facilitate monthly meetings with local toll blender and takes meeting minutes and action items 
• Manage all the performances aspects of the service level agreements between Chevron and local toll blender and ensure that agreements are maintained accurately reflect the business needs of both parties.
•  Monitor and review weekly orders to local toll blender and propose for any change, if necessary
•  Assist Sales team in managing slow moving stock and new product and/or new initiatives management.
•  Work with Sales Marketing and local toll blending to coordinate smooth new product launches.

Manage Direct and Indirect Customers Order Fulfilment 

• Manage the supply process in the most efficient way to achieve business targets: lowering cost, maintaining desired inventory level, and meeting the customer service level agreement.
• Align the supply process to conform with agreed by plant criteria, so as to achieve objectives for supply chain optimization
• Liaise with the source to determine shipping schedule, recommend shipping calendar and quantities based on optimization, free demurrage days, available space at 3rd party Logistic  and customer need.
• Review Products lead time actual vs master and update as necessary. 
• Ensure compliance to Audit and internal control processes when performing transactions of Purchase Order, Goods Receipt and Timely settlement of inter-company transactions.
• Ensure customer order fulfillment and timely invoicing to customers.
• Ensure operations comply with HES (Health, Environmental and Safety) standards of the company, promote HES awareness among 3rd party Logistic staffs, and  enforce safe work practices 

Cost Reduction to Support Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Initiatives 

• Seek out additional opportunities to reduce cost by driving LSS initiatives 
• Optimize operational process through better planning and control, e.g., pursue team sales to get customer orders against DTD products sitting at warehouse, manage bad stocks in the warehouse to be repacked in timely manner, etc.

Management Reporting 

• Ensure reporting data are submitted timely for the logistic report.
• Develop template to track operational performance against monthly key performance indicators in logistic and transportation area.

Managing Local Toll Blender Indonesia         

 

Requirements

• Degree with experience in Supply Chain and Lubricant Manufacturing processes.
• At least 5 years working experience in similar companies.
• Strong understanding of lube blending processes & procedures. Familiar with relevant concepts related to product integrity , blending process, maintenance and operational excellent.
• Excellent communication (both in Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels 
• Ability to work on own initiative and independence to high standards of accuracy, quality and productivity within strict timelines.
• Fluent in MS Office software.  Exhibits aptitude for developing skills with other programs/tools given training. Ability to use SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication ability to communicate effectively to different functional 
• Ability to work independently or in a group with minimal direction. 
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal resources to resolve various issues
