Business Development Expert – Food & Beverage Retail Franchise Chain 

[ Need 10 Expert Staff : Mandarin / English Speaker ]

Ai-Cha/Zheng-Da as We continue to grow and expand (Indonesia or Overseas), we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Expert to drive our strategic expansion and help us reach new heights in the F&B retail industry.

Position: Business Development Expert
Location: North Jakarta PIK Area
Department: Business Development – Marketing Dept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, expansion strategies, and new market segments within the F&B retail industry.
• Manage the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure and implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and retailers, to expand our business network.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights for business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives.
• Prepare and present business proposals and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Achieve key performance metrics and growth targets in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or partnerships, having the Food & Beverage or Retail sector experience its a Plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in closing deals and driving growth.
• Deep understanding of the F&B retail market, including emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor landscape its a Plus.
• Ability to think critically and strategically to identify new growth opportunities.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin or English Language and Indonesia its a Must.
