Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated After-Sales Customer Service Representative with expertise in vape products and a strong background in customer service. This role involves handling post-sale inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a deep understanding of vape products and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries from customers regarding product usage, warranties, replacements, and other post-sale concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions, including repairs, replacements, or refunds, in line with company policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of vape products, including functionality, safety, and maintenance, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Complaint Management: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Documentation: Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service database for future reference.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are resolved to satisfaction and follow up when necessary.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, including age restrictions and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the vape, electronics, or retail industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of vape devices, e-liquids, and related accessories, including troubleshooting common issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle a wide range of customer concerns effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and remain patient under pressure.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and other communication platforms.
  • Adaptability: Willing to work in PIK Area, North Jakarta
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with vape industry regulations and safety protocols is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the vape industry or a related field.
  • Certification or training in customer service excellence.
  • Basic technical knowledge of vape device assembly and repair.
