About the role

Join Liven Indonesia as an Account Manager and be at the forefront of transforming the F&B industry with cutting-edge technology solutions. Based in our prestigious ePlaza office, you’ll drive sales and manage top-tier clients across Jakarta and BSD City, including renowned establishments in shopping malls and enterprise-level businesses.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals passionate about technology and the F&B landscape.

As a key member of our team, you’ll lead the implementation of Liven’s full-stack solutions-spanning Point of Sale (POS) systems, loyalty platforms, and digital ordering solutions-while nurturing client relationships to achieve sustainable success.

What you’ll do

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Represent Liven Indonesia and drive sales of our innovative technology solutions to restaurants, cafes, and F&B establishments.
  • Target enterprise customers, including shopping malls, for Liven Loyalty solutions.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities to grow your territory and accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals effectively.

Client Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for your clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
  • Offer expert guidance to tailor Liven solutions to each client’s unique needs.
  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Technology Implementation & Support

  • Oversee the seamless installation and onboarding of Liven’s technology solutions, including hardware and software.
  • Train and empower client teams to adopt our solutions effectively.
  • Deliver hands-on support to resolve issues swiftly for key accounts, including shopping mall clients.

Market Insights & Collaboration

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and F&B technology advancements to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in F&B or retail technology, with a strong background in POS and enterprise sales.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in sales, installation, or support of F&B or retail tech solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Jakarta and BSD City markets, with an established professional network.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building long-term relationships.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic computer networking is a plus.
  • Proximity to Jakarta or BSD City, with the flexibility to travel as required.

Good to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Point of Sale systems, including installation, configuration, and sales.
  • Deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, with prior experience working with or selling to restaurants, cafes, or similar establishments.
  • Proven track record of selling retail technology solutions such as POS apps, inventory systems, or loyalty platforms.
  • Experience in selling payment solutions, including payment gateways, POS integrations, or mobile payment technologies.
  • Familiarity with engaging large-scale enterprise clients such as shopping malls or multi-outlet retail chains.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking and hardware setup to support technology implementations.
