Our client, an international school in Jakarta is currently looking for Head of Operations position.
Requirement:
– Min 5 years of experience in a leadership role
– Excellent communication skills
– Exceptional budgeting and finance skills
– Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or equivalent
– Ability to take complex data and find the key metrics
– Ability to create and deliver unbiased budget expectations for different departments
– Proactive and organized individual with good observation skills who has a desire to learn and grow in the role
– Professionally fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both in speaking and writing
– Superior knowledge of business functions
– Able to work independently and collaborate well with other members of the team
– Handling all operations and pursue new business innovations
– Sees relationships with colleagues, parents and students as key to building a healthy thriving community
Responsibilities:
– Receives delegated authority from the Head of School in the operations/administrative side, that could include facilities, finance & Budgeting, human resources, marketing & admissions, general affairs, and other non-academic functions
– Represent the school to government and corporate officials
– Account for all organization activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, enhance the organization’s image, and meet overall growth objectives
– Lead the admin team, including coaching and helping them grow
– Develop and execute effective operational strategy
– Streamline operations within the school to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
– Develop and maintain policies and procedures; practice efficient and effective internal controls.
– Improving customer experience through supporting services in the school
– Managing finance and budgeting of the school with the help of the finance team
– Managing facilities improvement and maintenance of the school with the help of the facilities manager
