The Product Ops team is the team under Product Organization that sits in the country.

We assist Product Managers to bring product into the market, and we provide product thought-partnership to business stakeholders for product-related inquiries.

We make an impact by driving and Project Manage key priority projects, while ensuring Regional Product Teams have Local Insights

Get to know the Role

Customer Obsession:

  • You will champion the customers in Indonesia by understanding trends and patterns to synthesize learnings and surface insights with key internal stakeholders.

  • You will be a key thought partner for the country and vertical heads to ensure the product is delivering on the in-market customer and business outcomes.

Structured Scalable Process:

  • We have a highly complex architecture. It is crucial to project manage many workstreams and link different stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.
  • You will build a scalable product rollout process that ensures operational readiness to achieve business goals and velocity needs.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Execute Rollouts:

  • Develop the country product rollout calendar as a list of priority features by country based on the overall roadmap.
  • Project manage successful and timely implementation of end-to-end country product rollout plans.
  • Provide training support and product configuration guidance.

Generate Insight:

  • Surface and advocate key insights from the business to inform quarterly product prioritisation.

Build Consensus:

  • Ensure alignment across local business stakeholders and regional tech families on key objectives for key product initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for product-related questions for country rollouts.
  • Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful customer-centric business impact.

The Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years experience in a strategy/operations/customer-facing/product management role
  • Experience at a tech software company
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business, finance, economics or related fields
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, organizational, and creative problem solving skills
  • Strong business acumen, customer focused, team and results-oriented
  • An owner’s mindset – you don’t shy away from the hard stuff. A healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate “dream big, start small” mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from executives and partners.
  • Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
