Dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Staff Export Import (DO Handling) di kantor PT. MUAT LOGISTIK INDONESIA untuk domisili Jakarta Barat & Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan adalah Impor/Ekspor & Pabean (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 6.100.000.

What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring smooth export-import operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at managing documentation and coordination, and have experience with PIB and PEB drafting, we encourage you to apply!

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Logical thinking, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing tasks or priorities
  • Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to work on Sunday (half-day)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in export-import operations.
  • Strong understanding of DO handling for major shipping lines (e.g., OOCL, SITC, CMA CGM).
  • Prior experience in drafting PIB (Persetujuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Persetujuan Ekspor Barang) is a plus.
     

Job Description:

  • Manage DO requirements for new shipments, including drafting necessary letters (e.g., Surat Kuasa, LOI).
  • Communicate with shipping lines regarding DO handling and follow up on demurrage/detention matters.
  • Verify the accuracy of credentials in shipping documents (e.g., Faktur Pajak).
  • Cross-check shipping manifests (LCL/Air) against supporting documents.
  • Compile and ensure the completeness of shipping documents for submission to the invoicing department.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to streamline the customs clearance process.
  • Monitor vessel arrivals for shipments (FCL, LCL, Air) and ensure smooth operations.
