Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Recruitment Assistant di perusahaan IDS Medical Systems Group untuk daerah Jakarta Barat & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami inginkan adalah Perekrutan – Internal (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from hiring request, job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, job offer and onboarding of new hires.
  2. Responsible to plan and organize recruitment campaign and programs i.e targeted recruitment events, career fairs, referral for better hiring outcomes.
  3. Responsible for development sourcing plan and building talent pipeline.
  4. Responsible to ensure all necessary paperwork for new hires onboarding completed in a timely manner and provides guidance to hiring managers to integrate new hires into the company.
  5. Responsible for the implementation of new hire onboarding and orientation program to make sure that all onboarding activities are completed smoothly and efficiently.
  6. Create and maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular reports on progress to management.
  7. Responsible to administer the 3-steps New Hires Pulse Survey to ensure positive and memorable experience for new hires.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  2. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  3. Able to evaluate multiple highly details tasks, determine priorities, and organize work for maximum delivery result.
