Job Description :

• Design compelling and consistent digital ads with the marketing team.
• Layout designing, promotional campaigns for Lazada Shopee, illustrations, and other digital materials.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline.
• Coordinating with our Key Account Manager(KAM), Key Account Specialist(KAS), UI designers, Digital Marketing Specialist, Design Lead, and colleagues as necessary.
• Amend and format existing images using computer design software.
• Improve the existing ad creatives and other designs.
• Work both independently and in cooperation with the team.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design creative graphic solutions to concepts. Present the design in context to the category direction.
• Execute and implement the seasonal campaign direction of the category, and marketplace according to market trends as well as overall Design Direction and ensure consistency through graphics.
• Self-manage own creative process and execute towards given design languages within the category, and marketplace.
• Execute graphic design work according to the visual language of our brand partners as well as given brand Identity guidelines according to legal guidance.
• Ensure efficient process and communication flow between design, and marketing for all issues regarding your graphics
• Design graphics, select materials, and color for products within apparel range based on the direction from the line manager and in close cooperation with marketing.

Requirement :

• Strong knowledge of graphic design with an awareness of the competitive market
• Solid understanding of typography, layout and composition, design principles.
• Knowledge of computer design software Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving resourceful and adapt to a fast phase environment.
• Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to detail, Deadline-oriented and Time-management skills
• excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and up-to-date knowledge to interpret our brand partner’s needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.
