Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Enjoy in researching competitor profile, macro environment, and other updates to build up someanalysis and recommendation for business decision making.
• Facilitate the preparation of Business Plan and Corporate Strategy by Identification and Cascading of Target and KPI for Corporate and Divisions. And also, Identification initiative projects to support the company KPI and targets, including identification change management needed to implement the new projects.
• Passionate in creating company performance dashboard in accordance with KPI
• Arranging standardized report format from all units
• Love to take part in ensuring the availability of supporting KPI measurement data
• You are excellent in manage the activities of monitoring, measuring, and evaluating the impact of implementing financial and non-financial strategies
• Awesome in providing alerts for all achievements in all areas monitored to the superiors for follow-up
• Work closely with superiors to manage and run calendar management
• Interest to providing input and direction for improvement submitted to superiors with a clear methodology based on data

Does it match your criteria?

• Has Bachelor Degree with at least 4 years working experience in related field.
• Perfect if you have experience in Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management
• Excellent in Planning, Strategy, and Monitoring for Corporate Business
• Highly comfortable in an analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
• Outstanding in MS office
