About the role

As a Project Supervisor (Interior Fitout) at PT. MAISON DEKOR INDO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of interior fitout projects. Working full-time in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

2. Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site team members

3. Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

5. Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to address their needs and concerns

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports and cost records

7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development

What we’re looking for

1. Proven experience as a project supervisor or similar role in the construction/interior fitout industry

2. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes

3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

6. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools

7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field
