Role & Responsibility

• Organize internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Evaluate audit findings and ensure appropriate corrections and corrective action are implemented in regards to identified nonconformities.
• Identify, through internal audits, risk and opportunities within the Quality system for further action.
• Investigate customer’s complaints and nonconformities issues and their root cause.
• Timely close up all non-conformance reports.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Compile quality data to ensure specific quality objectives have been met, include ensuring the customer satisfaction of objectives has been achieved.
• Analyse the data to identify areas of improvement in the Quality system.
• Coordinate with process engineer to identify training needs and provide support in organizing training to meet quality standards
• Coordinate and support audit conducted by external provider including audits by Certification Authority.
• As the company documents controller, ensuring appropriate documents are identified and registered in the Master List of Documents.
• Timely distribution of Quality Manuals, Procedures form once created or revised 

Qualification

• Degree / Diploma in related field or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, tact, self-assured, independent, team player and to work in a fast pace environment.
• Good knowledge operating procedures and proficient in Microsoft Office
• English language skill (verbal or written) is a must
• Proven Experiences in Resin and Plastic industry

Skills & Experience 

• 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or relevant fields.
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
