Main Accountabilities:

1) Conduct regular inspections and testing of Fire Protection equipment to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and ready for use in an emergency.
2) Conduct inspections of evacuation facilities and equipment so that in an emergency, building occupants can be evacuated smoothly.
3) Conduct inspections of personal protective equipment on operators and gondola units before operating to prevent accidents.
4) Monitor work carried out by internal and external parties to ensure that work is carried out according to K3 standards, especially the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
5) Conduct monthly inspections of tenants, especially F&B, to ensure that K3 standards are implemented correctly (minimizing the occurrence of fires, clogged grease traps, insect populations, and cleanliness).
6) Supervise gas and diesel filling to ensure that filling is carried out safely so that fires and explosions can be avoided.
7) Carry out first aid measures in the event of an accident or emergency so that victims can be saved and losses can be minimized.
8) Carry out administrative tasks (checklists, daily reports, handovers) so that daily operations run smoothly.

Requirement:

• Minimum STM
• 1 year experience as an engineer or fire safety staff
• Firefighting skills
• Able to perform rescue in emergency situations
• First aid for accidents
• Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
