Job Responsibilities :

1. Provide leadership and technical assistance in Infrastructure, Network, Security, DR as well as advisory to the IT Director for Security, Data analysis, Management Dashboards, AI and all IT Infra decision-making purpose.
2. Tracking of all relevant aspects of quality regarding an IT Infrastructure & projects effectively using KPIs to deliver projects on budget and time by analyzing and optimizing IT ticket management, IT problem-solving and IT cost management.
3. Tracking project expenses to check if the costs of your project are below or above the originally planned upper limit. How much above & Below limit and improve on the accuracy of cost estimation or need to add certain margin for new change request variance.
4. Review backups of all production servers, monitoring failure of scheduled backups, preparing report, Half yearly maintenance drills for Power, fire, Servers cluster, Network , Recovery plan
5. Monitor the task efficiency with a percentage and break it down by team members so that you know which tasks have caused inaccurate estimations and examine why
6. Measure the New initiative with respect to it’s utilization and ease of work.
7. By knowing which issues appear and for how long, we can better develop standard processes and strategies to tackle them as they happen, and benchmark over time the evolution

Job Requirements :

1. Min. 15 years of highly proven experiences of project management & courses on IT Security preferred 
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a relevant field
3. Proven experience as Project Management
4. Working Experience in ERP (Axapta and SAP)
5. Experience in Preparing reports, dashboards, Project Planning & cost estimates
6. Experience in preparing and adhering to KRA , KPI for team
7. Understanding technology and have extensive knowledge in problem solving
8. Working Experience and good understanding in Server configuration, Virtualization, Citrix technology, Firewall setup- config, Core switch configuration, Fibre Optic and RJ 45, wifi, CCTV, Network monitoring, Security, Storage, Sql Server setting and configuration, Email Setting and config, Server License calculation, Visio, Asset management etc.
9. Proficient in preparing and delivering Presentation
10. Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
11. Working knowledge in preparing budgets, expenditure vs budget, Calculating ROI
12. Excellent communicator, Team Player, Team motivator, Team builder
13. Well-organized, have knowledge in preparing IT policies, SOP and adherence
14. A leader and strategic thinker, innovate, execute new initiatives
15. Experience in Creating Disaster recovery plan, Implementation and support
16. Experience in cloud based application digital signatures, Video conferencing (webex, zoom, teams, Gmeet) and storages ( Dropbox, one drive, google drive
