We are offering a full-time position in a growing global organization, with offices in every time zone.

What does the role involve?

Due to onboarding new customers and growth within South East Asia, and Indonesia specifically, we are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to work within our growing and dynamic team. The role will focus on assisting in developing relationships with new customers and supporting sales with the onboarding of new customers. In addition to this, on a daily basis, the role will see you:

  • Leading new customer project implementations
  • Configure our Slim4 software, provide training and deliver ongoing support to existing and new customers to optimize processes.
  • Build a strong relationship of trust with several contacts within the customer’s organization through your competence, empathy, and understanding.
  • Act as an ongoing support person after onboarding new customers to assist with future planning
  • Support sales with tender discussions relating to technical features of the platform
  • Guide and coach the change in our customers’ organizations, as they move to a new way of inventory management

What experience will you have?

We’re looking for experienced candidates who have strong technical ability as well as a keen eye to identify continuous improvement opportunities for our customers. In addition to this, you will ideally have

  • A background in supply chain and/or project management
  • Experience in onboarding customers and supporting them in understanding technical features
  • Guiding change management within organizations
  • A strong understanding of the processes around forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization, as well as a feeling for IT.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in supply chain or related studies or at least 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • You’re a Bahasa Indonesia native and are fluent in English (spoken & written)

What will the process look like?

After we screen the applications for the role, we invite the candidates we think best suit the role and the company based on resumes and (if applicable) LinkedIn profiles.

With those candidates we will have an in-person interview at our office at International Financial Centre, Tower 2, Level 33, Jln. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 22-23, Jakarta 12920.

Slimstock will be conducting the interview with a team of two. After the interviews, we will choose the best candidate suited for the role and we will start a conversation on the salary and entitlements.

After we agree, we sign a contract on a permanent basis, with a probation period.
