General Requirements

• Analyzes corporate activities for investors, identifying networking and other opportunities to build and create new initiatives.
• Develop financial models that help guide the decision-making process for long-term strategic planning with relation to revenue/cost drivers and new business initiatives.
• Provide and lead financial and strategic analysis on major decisions related to the company’s funding strategy, M&A/ IPO opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Work with senior management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet these goals.
• Partner with financial institutions for business development. Deliver presentations to executive and senior management teams about financial planning and analysis.
• Approve the monthly financial review package to management, including commenting on variances to plan, forecast and prior year.
• Build financial models using historical data and provide forecasts to aid in decision making.
• Build a database of potential partners/investors by reaching out to them.
• Manage relationships with potential partners/investors.
• Negotiate the initial terms and conditions when forming a partnership.

Qualifications:

• Successful candidate must come with IPO and/or M&A and/or fund-raising experience.
• Strong leader with great skills in managing relevant stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.
• Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text.
• Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for investors.

General Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business, or related.
• Minimum have 10 years experience as Corporate Finance.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Experience with specialized functions including valuation, IPO, M&A, portfolio management and risk assessment.
• Experience with capital expenditures and capital budgeting, capitalization, and financing decisions. Experience with accounting.
• Strong network both local and international.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Must have IPO experienced.
