Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as an Operations Associate (Lead Generations). You’ll be placed in the Operations Department and responsible for generating more driver partner leads and reporting to the Operations Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement driver acquisition processes
• Increase the supply of Pickup Bak, Van, Engkel, and Double Engkel in Bandung, Cirebon, and other West Java areas
• Generate driver leads, mainly through offline acquisition
• Initiate and execute offline driver acquisition & offline onboarding process
• Manage the driver field team to acquire driver leads and convert those leads into registered drivers on our platform
• Build and retain a high-activity driver community
• Collaborate with local teams when executing new initiatives
• Act as project manager for all offline driver events
• Generate and execute new initiatives or events to increase the number of registered drivers
• Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs

What we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of working experience in operations, preferably from a startup company
• Good understanding of the Bandung and West Java market
• Ability to communicate in local languages is preferred
• Strong connection with the drivers’ community in Bandung, Cirebon, and West Java areas
• Data-driven & target-oriented
• Agile to change
• Strong influence, communication, and presentation skills to self-position at all levels within the organization
• Ability to champion new processes from plan to monitor/ evaluation
• A positive, proactive, self-starter, passionate, and attention to details
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly experienced with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
