We are hiring a candidate for Creative Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our brand. As a Creative Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing design needs and progress, managing the design team, and ensuring all design projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

What would You do:

  • Develop creative and visually impactful designs for various projects, including branding-marketing materials, social media graphics, especially motion and videography/photography related task.
  • Ability to implement feedback and assist in day-to-day supervising design technicalities.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, whether in-store, online, or in advertising campaigns.
  • Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with a design team and advise best practices and optimizations throughout the design process.

What are We looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
  • Highly-creative, keen eye for details, and with good communication skills.
  • Proven experience as visual designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates work in retail.
  • Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of materials, design techniques, various social media platforms.
  • Min. 2-3 years experience as creative lead or related positions.
