Accounting and Finance Head

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferably Having Tax Brevet A&B)
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Tax and Accounting, 5 years in managerial position, with a strong background in financial reporting and tax compliance
3. Experience in the apparel industry would be an advantage 
4. Previous experience working in a multinational company is highly advantageous 
5. Proven track record of managing financial reporting processes and tax strategies
6. Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards and accounting principal
7. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, tax compliance, tax reconciliation and tax filing
8. Detailed oriented, hands-on attitude and able to work as a team
9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
10. Fluent in English both speaking and writing
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office
12. Domicile in Surabaya
13. Open for business travelling to out of Surabaya

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for oversee all financial operations, which mainly includes:

• Funds management includes AR, AP, Banking and Petty Cash
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including monthly, quarterly and annual statements and always ensure adherence with accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Cost accounting
• Create and manage comprehensive budget and forecast and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Guiding IT team on developing financial reports based on Operating systems.
• Leading internal audit functions 
• Manage and coordinate tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities to optimize tax efficiency and minimize liabilities  and ensure proper tax reconciliation and tax reporting
• Payroll management.
• Warehouse Inventory Management 
• EXIM/Custom Documentation Management 
• Manage Fixed assets data (Incoming, outgoing, disposal)

1. Analytical support to business, implement and develop financial strategies for continuous growth and improvement 
2. Supervise and mentoring finance and accounting team, ensuring effective performance and professional development
3. Other tasks (relating to your competence and profile) given from time to time.
