SKHAI is a leading real estate developer with an international presence, dedicated to creating luxurious residences in some of the world’s most sought-after locations. As we expand into Bali, we are seeking a highly creative Experienced Interior Designer who can craft unique and sophisticated designs for villas, apartments, and hotels, while capturing and reflecting the brand DNA in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs and create mood boards that capture the desired ambiance, style, and luxury aesthetic.
• Lead the preliminary selection of materials, finishes, and color palettes, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious visual experience.
• Create layout plans, furniture arrangements, and space optimization strategies.
• Design furniture plans that align with functional and aesthetic requirements, incorporating unique solutions to enhance luxury living.
• Draft preliminary electrical and lighting plans to set the ambiance of luxury spaces.
• Develop preliminary floor pattern designs, material finishes, and assess suitable appliances and fixtures.
• Select and specify loose furniture, built-in furniture designs, and soft furnishings in line with project concepts.
• Create detailed specifications that guide the development phase.
• Finalize comprehensive electrical and lighting plans, ensuring they reflect the desired interior atmosphere.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings of floor patterns, material finishes, appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
• Oversee the integration of all soft furnishings and the final selection of loose and built-in furniture.
• Work closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure cohesive designs that are aligned with all project goals.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings to gather project requirements and present design concepts.
• Ensure the design process integrates both creative and technical aspects for a complete luxury interior solution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing interiors for luxury residential or hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design and visualization tools.
• Strong ability to create mood boards, develop design concepts, and produce detailed construction drawings.
• Experience in materials selection, lighting plans, furniture design, and layout planning.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of luxury design principles.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors.
