Live Streaming & Affiliate Coordinator – Overview

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of live shopping and affiliate marketing activities across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will focus on driving sales conversions through effective live shopping sessions, collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to expand brand visibility, managing affiliate systems to increase strategic partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. The position requires a blend of creativity, data-driven analysis, and leadership to continuously improve brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Management, or Business).
• Experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Proven track record in hosting live shopping sessions with high conversion rates across various e-commerce platforms: Candidates must demonstrate expertise in designing and executing effective live shopping sessions, using innovative sales strategies, and achieving significant conversion results.
• Deep understanding of affiliate systems across different marketplaces.
• Experience working with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)/Influencers to maximize brand visibility and impact.
• High creativity in creating engaging live streaming content that can boost audience engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data, visitor metrics, and live streaming performance, with the ability to continually improve strategies.
• Solid understanding of market trends and online consumer behavior to ensure strategies remain relevant and competitive.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate live streamers to ensure they receive proper training and the latest updates, while maximizing results from live shopping sessions.
• Partner with KOLs/Affiliates to expand brand reach and boost sales through strategic partnerships.
• Manage coordination with the admin and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability across all marketplaces.
• Align with campaigns/programs on each marketplace and ensure strategic participation in line with company objectives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies based on the results achieved.
