About Yaran 

Yaran (www.yaran.com.au ) is a Perth-based property development and investment company that specialises in affordable housing in Perth, Australia, but now also in Bali, Indonesia. The mission of Yaran is “to be a blessing to others through housing which is affordable, fit-for-purpose and environmentally conscious”. 

The company was established in 1996 and has since developed over 1,500 dwellings in Western Australia.  with a combined development value in excess of A$600 million. 

The company currently has one project in Seminyak Bali for 25 apartments aimed at providing affordable housing for retirees from Australia.  

The Yaran team in Bali is expanding in preparation for the growing number of Australians looking to move to Bali.   

The position provides exposure to a wide variety of roles in an ever-expanding business, including but not limited to: 

Marketing 

Operate and continuously improve an existing sales funnel based on the methodology of King Kong Marketing, one of the most successful online marketing companies in Australia 

Place Facebook advertisements on over 500 Facebook groups and respond to comments and questions 

Operate the existing “Keap” CRM and the automations already set up, and continuously improve the CRM system 

Respond to email enquiries from clients and receive appointment bookings 

Prepare a marketing budget and plan, and implement 

Liaise with existing referral partners and find new referral partners 

Do whatever other marketing related activities as required to fill the calendars of Yaran Bali General Manager, and Yaran Sales and Marketing Manager with appointments from qualified buyers 

Client Relations 

Run the entire Yaran Concierge Service supporting our clients living in our apartments. 

Treat prospective purchasers and existing clients as VIP’s and assist them with whatever are their questions or requirements 

Develop a list of trusted and reputable product and service providers to recommend to our clients 

Manage relationships with third parties such as the resort management 

Continuously look to improve and streamline our Concierge Service to provide a high-quality service to our clients 

You will be based in Bali and reporting to the Yaran Bali’s General Manager, Geri Pradana.  As the Yaran business in Bali ramps up, additional resources could be recruited to assist you as required. 

Qualifications and Prerequisites 

Fluent in English (both written and oral) 

Fluent in Indonesian language (both written and oral) 

Ability to speak Balinese would also be highly regarded but not essential 

Must be located in Bali preferably within a short commuting distance of Seminyak 

Degree or post graduate qualifications in Marketing preferably from a high-ranking university.  Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to interact positively with Australian clients and the Yaran Team in Australia, Philippines and Bali. 

Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.   

Passionate about the mission of Yaran and wanting to be a blessing to others 

Excellent computer and technology skills 

Experience with CRM’s and marketing funnels would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.

Employment and Salary: 

Immediate start; 

Permanent full-time position; 

Must be based in Bali, preferably close to the Seminyak area; 

An attractive starting salary of A$1000 per month (approx. IDR 10 juta per month) with opportunity to rise rapidly through the remuneration structure.
