Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
 

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in high end real estate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• High Motivation skills
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets
