The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Technical Interior Designer who knows how to turn big design concepts into reality. This is your chance to get hands-on with technical drawings, joinery details, and project coordination while working alongside our creative design team. If you love the nitty-gritty of design execution and want to ensure every piece fits perfectly, this job is for you!
What You’ll Do
– Transform design concepts into detailed technical drawings and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
– Create precise working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details that meet aesthetic and practical requirements.
– Work closely with the design team, architects, and contractors to implement every design detail accurately.
– Manage the project’s technical aspects, ensuring all materials, finishes, and furniture selections are up to spec and ready for installation.
– Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure all custom designs are produced to the highest quality standards.
– Provide technical support during all project phases, from initial concept development to completion.
About You
You’re a technical wizard when it comes to interior design. You understand how to ensure everything fits perfectly—whether it’s the suitable material, the exact dimensions, or the perfect finish. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you thrive on ensuring things work as beautifully as they look.
– Proficient in English.
– You have 3+ years of experience in technical interior design, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector (Hotel & Resorts).
– You’re a pro at AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Revit experience is a big bonus!
– You’ve got a strong understanding of joinery, furniture design, materials, and finishes.
– Your portfolio shows off your ability to execute creative designs through flawless technical documentation.
– You’ve got a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
