Requirements:

• Min bachelor’s degree in any business discipline
• Have with at least 5 years of relevant in Supply Chain/Procurement Management experience preferably from MNC (Multinational Company) or public listed firms
• Relevant experiences in sourcing program and project, supplier relationship management, supply chain reporting in energy/transportation/healthcare industry.
• Strong market intelligence and analysis, understanding pricing excellence, and understanding in SC&P models.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiator with proven experience in setting strategies and goals of negotiation; able to conduct negotiations and achieve desired goals.
• Result-oriented with proven ability to deliver results in complex environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, as well as procurement software (i.e., P2P such as Coupa, Ariba, Esker, etc.).
• Strong communication and project management skills. 
• High level of integrity, respect of others, persistence and passion for success.

Responsibilities:

• Capture account’s targets, requirements, desired outcomes and outline a clear roadmap to get agreed timelines.
• Ensure that supply chain & procurement’s KPI are achieved on the account.
• Develop sourcing program based on analytics, working with the category managers to delivering account saving targets or higher through procurement strategy and unit reduction, ensuring yearly progress on execution.
• Maximize utilization of ISS Group’s global suppliers.
• Secure free cash flow improvement program via supplier payment term optimization and collection acceleration.
• Support the bidding engine and mobilize/transition supply chain for a new customers.
• Work with Supplier Assurance Manager to ensure proper vetting, qualifying, contracting, onboarding, and performance-management auditing of our critical suppliers.
• Work with Procurement Excellence to implement digital procurement: procurement portal, secure spend visibility, automate accurate KPI reporting, implement P2P ISS program inline with the global blueprint, introduce e-sourcing and e-auction, develop supply chain risk portals accessible by customer.
• Promote the collaboration with our close supplier partner and delivering meaningful service product, operational efficiencies to ISS Key Account customers.
• Act as business partner to ISS key Account team e.g. delivering account-level sourcing projects, supplier diversity drives, sustainability efforts, supply chain reporting, quality improvement projects, and supplier relationship management.
• Manage supplier risk and serve as an escalation point for all suppliers issues.
• Manage commercial risk on the client contract from a procurement point of view.
• Deliver and manage service levels of suppliers on the account, working hand-in-hand with the operations teams.
