Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Assistant Manager/Executive di tempat usaha PT Perindustrian Sawit Synergi untuk domisili Sangkulirang & Kalimantan Timur serta sekitarnya.

Job Summary: 

Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services by maximizing the human resource of the Company through effective companywide programs in line with the overall policy of the Company.

Role and Responsibilities

Manpower Planning & Recruitment

  • Planning and directing activities of staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified  applicants, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, references and background checks and evaluating qualified candidates.
  • Assure that company’s staffing requirement are met in a timely manner to ensure full operational  capabilities.
  • Advise management on appropriate terms and conditions of service for employees and make reviews when necessary. 
  • Prepare budget of human resources operations.
  • To coordinate interview and conduct orientation for executive and above.
  • Write and place job advertisement in various media.
  • Preparing and analyzing statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection and  turnover for compliance with legal
  • Hold exit interviews with terminating employees to obtain accurate information to minimize future  turnover.

Compensation

  • Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
  • Develop, implement and monitor compensation and benefits programs and packages to ensure the Company is able to attract, retain and motivate employees.
  • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the Company.
  • To maintain records and compile statistical data on recruitment and resignation.
  • Establish and maintain an effective personal record system for all managerial and executive staff.
  • Responsible for effective salary payment and benefits administration for managerial and executive staff.
  • Liaise with the relevant government bodies in respect of payments, reporting and etc.
  • Maintain payroll system to ensure continued operations, payment and reporting efficiency.

Labor Relations

  • Represent management in negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
  • Develop and manage a positive union-management relationship and maintains a dispute-free, mutually beneficial work climate.
  • Establish and maintain harmonious relationship with employees and management.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective discipline including consistency in procedures relating to administration of disciplinary action.

Training And Development

  • Develop, implement and monitor Training & Development programs to upgrade the skills of the people and to enhance the company’s 
  • Conduct a training need analysis and prepare budget required to conduct the identified/agreed training programs.
  • Supervise the administration of training programs and ensure follow-up with course participants to determine effectiveness of course.
  • Ensure the training budget is wisely expanded through constant consultations with Head of Department.
  • Ensure that activities are carried out according to schedules.

Employee Services

  • To ensure the smooth running of transport for employees to and from factory.
  • To ensure that the canteen provides good food services during the operational hours.
  • Responsible for the Company Panel clinics.
  • To ensure that the supply of uniforms are available and issued to employees in a timely manner.

Others

  • Comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factory & Machinery Act 1967 and Responsible Care.
  • Comply with all quality standards and requirements imposed by the Company and product specification required by local and international clients.

Job Success Requirements

  • Preferably candidate with Degree or equivalent in Human Resource.
  • Specialized in training, organizational planning, compensation and industrial relations.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in handling overall Human Resource Spectrum.
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible.
  • Good communication skills. Able to lead and communicate well to people at all levels.
  • Resourceful and well organized.
  • Initiative and able to work under pressure.

 Additional Notes / Desirable Skills

  • Preferable have certification at HR
  • Understand labor law and UU Cipta Kerja
