1. Maximum 35 years old. 
2. Bachelor Degree (S1) 
3. Skills : ‘Networking fundamentals, Firewall, VPN, DLP, Wi-Fi, Windows Server (AD, File Sharing), Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Endpoint security.
4. Training : Any networking or virtualization or cloud certification is preferable.
5. English proficiency is a MUST. Interview will be done in English.
6. Disciplined and willing to improve.
7. Can work in a team, can work with tight schedule, can follow instructions, good communication.           

Main Responsibility

1. Provide technical pre-sales support to our customers.       
2. Design, deploy, and manage physical and virtual servers.       
3. Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.       
4. Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, WIFI AP, VPC, SD-WAN.       
5. Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.       
6. Create detailed network diagrams, server inventories, parameter sheet and configuration documentation.       
7. Propose technical solutions based on customer’s requirements and challenges.

Job Description

1. Work closely with Sales team to provide proposal and technical solutions. 
2. Develop good relationship and reporting to superior and/or customers.
3. Good collaboration with IT operations team to deliver an integrated infrastructure solution to the customers.

Competencies

1. Proficient in networking protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP).       
2. Proficient in server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).       
   Experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Allied Telesis) and software (e.g., Zabbix).       
3. Knowledge of security principles and technologies (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust, Endpoint Security).       
4. Familiarity with cloud platform and networking (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.       
5. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).       
6. Strong knowledge of server hardware and storage solutions.
