Telah rilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (ICT OFFICER) di kantor PT Xynergy Realty untuk daerah Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the company through the timely implementation of quality engagement with the team members and the external parties of ICT issues in general. The role is to support the ICT team and the company’s team members for the smooth running of computer systems and ensure the users get maximum benefits. You will also contribute to the achievement of company objectives and participate positively as a team member.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the company, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users in the first line;
  • Instals and configures computer hardware operating systems, applications, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
  • Manages and maintains the data security for the business operations;
  • Supervise the data integration process with the third party according to the needs of the business operations;
  • Assists team members or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
  • Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults;
  • Responds to networks or system breakdowns;
  • Repairs equipment and replaced parts as required;
  • Obtains replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings;
  • Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment;
  • Executes and supports the scheduled maintenance upgrades;
  • Provides support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; researching and evaluating new technology;
  • Applies the current technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software; and
  • Attends meetings and professional development activities.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Business Information Systems or Computer Science;
  • Extensive experience (Minimum of 1 year) in related field;
  • Proficient in the English language in all aspects (mandatory);
  • Strong understanding of network security, i.e. configuring VPNs, managing host security, and maintaining firewalls;
  • Knowledge and skills in web development and software development would be a huge advantage;
  • Knowledge in UNIX/Linux Scripting (Shell, Perl, Python);
  • Strong understanding of computer peripherals hardware set-up and configuration;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fully vaccinated (including booster vaccination);
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Efficient and well-organised;
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks;
  • Able to work both as part of a team and also with minimal supervision; and
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
