Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Five or more years of work experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager or in Public Accounting Firm
- Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
- Experience in working with accounting software and databases
- Superior data management and data analysis skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Job description :
- Oversee the tax department to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Ensure financial reports comply with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy in the Group’s financial reporting.
- Commit to timely release of clean audited reports with unmodified opinions.
- Maximize the use of SAP and Oracle for accounting automation.
- Develop strategies to optimize tax obligations and minimize leakage, focusing on Indonesian taxes.
- Manage Group consolidation and prepare audited financial statements at all levels.
- Liaise with auditors to streamline annual audits and improve reporting processes.
- Assist with overseas tax reporting and address related tax issues.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting.
