Currently, we are assisting one of our clients engaged in Pulp Production and Manufacturing based in Muara Enim, South Sumatera and they are looking for Road Construction Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in road maintenance and/or construction work
• Proficient in Office365 for preparing official documents, report writing, and other administrative tasks
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team in Indonesia, consisting of approximately 10 members
• Ability to create architectural drawings using AutoCAD
• Capable of engaging in daily conversations in English 

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Team Management in the Division:
   ・Provide supervisions and instructions to subordinates and operators
   ・Ensure work quality through performance evaluations
   ・Conduct effective communication with concerned divisions and vendors
2. Road Maintenance:
   ・Maintain 8,000 km of forest roads for smooth transportation operations
   ・Provide guideline and road design, and implement the constructions with agreed timeline
   ・Ensure effective budget implementation and cost evaluation
3. Building and Construction Operation:
   ・Provide construction blueprints and designs to relevant divisions
   ・Monitor the constructing timeline
   ・Analyze safety and regulatory compliance for company construction projects
