PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Electronic Financial Transaction Solution Provider company in finding great talent as a Settlement & Dispute Management Dept Head with the requirement as follows:

Working location: Alam Sutera, South Tangerang
 

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the completion of the entire settlement process, so that everything can run smoothly and well.
  • Ensure that the resolution of complaints, namely claims from Partners, can be resolved as well as possible according to the agreed deadline.
  • Monitor the complaint handling process to comply with the established standards.
  • Take over the handling of customer problems that cannot be resolved by the Section Head.
  • Evaluate the results of resolving customer complaints as input for improving the customer handling system even better.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Conduct visits to Participant Partners.
  • Hold Annual Operational Meetings.
  • Update the Operations Manual from time to time.
  • Provide input and conduct discussions on matters related to product development.
  • Establish relationships with Bank Indonesia and other external parties such as ASPI (Indonesian
  • Payment System Association), APN (Asian Payment Network), etc.
  • Conduct operational training for newly joined Participant Partners.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree of Management Informatics/Computer Accounting major is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational EFT Switching on managerial level.
  • Deep understanding in banking, business knowledge, interpersonal technique, and logical thinking.
