Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Marketing Insight Staff di kantor PT World Innovative Telecommunication untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Requirements:

  • Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Have prior experience within a similar role
  • Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research
  • Have experienced as a Research Executive from Market Research Agency is preferable
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions
  • Familiar in putting data together from multiple sources to tell a story
  • Have strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferable
  • Strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English is a must, able to speak Mandarin is a point plus
  • Work Placement: OPPO HQ [Pluit, Jakarta Utara]

Job Descriptions:

  • Devising actionable strategies from customer insights
  • Bringing the consumer’s perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations
  • Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects
  • Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs
  • Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining support to act upon these opportunities
  • Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports
