Butuh cepat. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor (Medan) di kantor PT Royal Pesona Indonesia (Somethinc – Beautyhaul) untuk kota/kab Medan & Sumatera Utara serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Koordinator Penjualan (Penjualan) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies (Sell-In, Sell-Out).
Monitor and control Beauty Advisors (BA) in the area.
Maintain good relationships with partners and outlets.
Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached.
Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.
Monitor salesman target achievement.
Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors.
Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto).
Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision
Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly.

Requirements:

Minimum D3 Degree
Have min. 2 years of experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (beauty industry will be a plus)
Willing to work mobile to monitor areas
Great communication skill
Able to work with target
Domicilie at Medan areas
