• Maximum 40 years old
• has experience on Japanese / Italian / Western / Chinese cuisine
• Fluently in English or Japanese
• Able to work for at least 5 years
• Ability to use PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Have basic IT literacy
• Have a good ability to work both as team or individual.
• Well Groomed and presentable
• Willing to work on weekends / public holiday.
• Understands and can keep hygiene and food safety standards SOP
• Flexible and able to handle sudden changes and changes without feeling stressed
• Communicate smoothly with Japanese chefs and create taste adjustments while exchanging opinions flexibly
