  • Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts).
  • Make projections of the need for goods based on historical sales analysis and business development needs
  • Conduct sales history analysis to obtain sales trends for projection purposes.
  • Prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Analyze sales achievement and planning.
  • Use and maintain Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system.
  • Provide input regarding the development of an inventory strategy on existing items, new products, and product discontinuations.
  • Order goods in the application according to the projections given.
  • Monitoring and following up on the ordered items
  • Ensure the availability of goods that have been ordered.
  • Checking the stock level at the outlet to be fulfilled; transfer of goods to the outlet.
  • Supervise inventory and supply chain in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure the correct number of goods available.
  • Analyzing existing stock at the outlet.
  • Comparing the opening stock and closing stock during the cycle (2x a week); Solve the problem of quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
  • Create an action plan based on finding stock at outlets.
  • Coordinate with the Ops Coordinator at the outlet to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.
 Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related position is required for this position
  • Having experience in Food Manufacture
  • Efficiency in computer skills, with proven competency in using Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet
  • Familiar with MRP system
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Fast learning and quick action
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
