Job Descriptions :
- Searching for the qualified suppliers globally as per request, including supplier selection and supplier evaluation
- Planning strategies for sourcing
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers (price, performance, quality product, etc)
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Establish strong relationship and collaborate with supplier
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, data suppliers, price, delivery information, invoices, track orders, and ensure timely delivery with purchasing
- Collaborate and working closely with RND team to alignment of the specifications and product requirements
- Attend the exhibition to stay up to date with industry trend
Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of pharmacy/chemistry with a minimum GPA 3.0
- Fresh graduated or max experience 1 year
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Self-improvement, teamwork, logical thinking, and able to cooperate effectively
- Work hard, able to work with target and pressure
- Have a strong negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of supplier sourcing process (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) and latest sourcing technologies
- Strong analytical skills and import process
