JOB SUMMARY: 

Execute account management of several strategically important customers & new business development in the Indonesia.

An understanding of the Industrial sector and the key end users are essential. With experience in industrial safety business will be preferrable. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Increase sales revenue – a direct primary responsibility

·      Seek out and develop new business opportunities in line with the company strategy

·      Plan, implement, monitor and report on performance vs commercial targets

·      Key Account Management – establish the management and tracking system with the direct customers

·      Sales forecasts for both financial and logistical

·      As the key contact point and the bridge between the customers/end users and the company

·      Holding sales and technical presentation and training to the customers and/or end users

·      Recognize and escalate critical issues regarding the customer

·      Conduct all company activity in accordance and with respect for the rules and values of the company

·      Customer oriented and able to align with the company goal

QUALIFICATIONS

·      With 5 years of sales experience in Wholesale, Retailers and Specialty stores.

·      With knowledge of local regulations, and sales force priorities and motivations.

·      Education with college/university degree is preferrable

·      Above average ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships with customer groups.

·      Good communication skills and fluent in English are essential.
