Dayalima Recruitment is representing our client, Bank Saqu, a digital banking service from PT Bank Jasa Jakarta (BJJ), looking for DevOps Engineer

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Process Automation: Implement and manage automation tools for CI/CD processes, including scripting and pipeline development.
  • Infrastructure Management: Configure, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, tools, and configurations used in our DevOps environment.
  • Testing: Design and implement automated tests to ensure software functionality and adherence to quality standards prior to release.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline software build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Utilize tools such as Terraform or Ansible to automate infrastructure configuration and management.
  • Security Testing: Incorporate code quality and security testing within CI/CD pipelines to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks early in the development lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, system administrators, and operations teams to identify and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Process Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance development and operational efficiency and quality.
  • Documentation: Ensure all processes, tools, and configurations are well-documented for team understanding and maintenance.

What is required and what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or related studies
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as assistant manager of DevOps engineers in Banking or Digital Banking industry & conduct subordinates management
  • Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Datadog
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Bash)
  • Experience with infrastructure management tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools
  • Proven track in using cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP/GKE)
  • Deep knowledge of database management and administration such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases
  • Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) under digital banking environment
  • Very good verbal & written communication in English is a must
  • Office location in Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat area
