Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Odoo Functional di tempat usaha Beleaf Farms untuk domisili Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Analis Bisnis/Sistem (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Our mission is to bring the best and most nutritious products to your table while supporting local farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture practices. We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional to help our users maximize their use of the Odoo system and ensure smooth operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Training & Education
    • Conduct training sessions (both group and individual) to ensure effective use of Odoo.
    • Develop user-friendly materials, including manuals, FAQs, and video tutorials.
    • Keep users informed about new features and system updates.
  • User Support & Issue Resolution
    • Provide timely and accurate system support to users.
    • Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues when necessary.
    • Log frequent user issues to identify patterns and drive system improvements.
  • User Feedback & Feature Requests
    • Gather user feedback and identify potential feature requests or system enhancements.
    • Collaborate with the development team to relay user needs and help prioritize feature development.
    • Bridge the gap between user requirements and technical implementation, ensuring clarity for both sides.
  • User Experience Monitoring & Improvement
    • Proactively monitor user satisfaction and suggest enhancements to the user experience.
    • Stay updated on Odoo features and share insights with both users and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Odoo 16 onwards.
  • Proficient in Odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand user needs and translate them into actionable feedback.
  • Patience and adaptability in working with users of varying technical expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in Odoo functional version 16 onwards.
