Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt’s purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we’re focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you’ll:
– Collaborate with sales and marketing to bring life to our go-to-market plans, product launches, in-store executions, and promotional activities.
– Use commercial and marketing data to shape decisions and build compelling sales narratives, enhancing brand engagement and customer plans.
– Develop insights that lead to new brand or customer opportunities with a creative, data-driven approach.
– Leveraging your analytic insights to leave a distinctive mark on our business, driving both our growth and yours.

The experience we’re looking for

Proven ability to utilise data in decision-making and crafting persuasive narratives.
– Knowledge of the consumer goods sector and eager to surmount its challenges.
– Adept at turning statistics into actionable insights and sales strategies.
– Exceptional attention to detail with the agility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
– Skilled in delivering messages and ideas effectively to a broad audience.
– Strong project management capabilities including thorough planning, communication, and budget handling.
