Position: Finance Senior Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Finance Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the company. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and the Finance Senior Manager will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the executive team
• Manage cash flow and ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial updates to the executive team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the apparel industry
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position based in Cileungsi, West Java, Indonesia. The Finance Senior Manager will report directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer.
