Job Description

1. As Canteen PIC manage and focus all canteen related task that will impact on the service delivery.
2. As part of the Canteen important role, PIC would be expected to be active, innovative goal-oriented in order to carry out the job in a timely manner.
3. Canteen PIC need to make purchase order of canteen food material to suppliers.
4. Canteen have so many resources involved – manpower, equipment and ideas to be utilize to perform services.
5. Arrange order delivery and support events, thus communication will be crucial.
6. This business unit requires innovation, system-optimization and work-efficiency as the key point to reach main KPI target.
7. Obey rules and create SOP to ensure the management maturity as rules and regulations are the standardization to keep the service and target in line.

Requirement

1. Professional experience minimal 3 years in F&B field, and have ability to work in team and manage team, responsible in setting target and solving problem, good in communication.
2. Communication skills, ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous
3. Excellent communication in English and in Chinese (Mandarin) and have reporting skills
4. Vendor management
5. Well knowledge in HSE, Hospitality and Quality Assurance.
6. Great attention to detail, diligent and focus.
7. Sharp thinking, benchmarking, and open minded to seek more ideas to enrich the service and efficiency.
8. Always thirsty of goal and achievement.
9. Well know about Microsoft office, details in data numbering.
